Background
Allan has been personal training full time since 1998. Since that time Allan has developed his knowledge and understanding in functional training which emphasizes an individuals ability to move in space using bodyweight as well as other forms of resistance such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands etc. Allan is adept at evaluating, correcting, and developing proficient movement patterns to then progress an individual in developing strength and conditioning for general health as well as athletic performance.Certifications
