Background

Training isn't a one size fits all plan so training with your trainer shouldn't feel like it. My goal for you includes getting you to the point where you are healthier, stronger, and happier in your own skin. I encourage feedback from my clients and I will do the same for you.

  • Almost 4 years served in the US Army stationed  in Fort Drum, NY. deployed to Somalia in 93, deployed to Haiti in 94.
  • MOS 52D ( generator mechanic )
  • U.S Army Veteran with 3+ years active duty service
  • 14 years personal training experience.
  • Former competitve bodybuilder ( USBF 1ST Place Women's Novice, 1ST Place Women's Light )

Strength and ConditioningI've had the pleasure of working with people of all ages and I've found working with the Senior population to be very rewarding and a learning experience as well.

Senior training incorporates working different modalities including strengthening, flexibility, posture and balance.

  •  Specializing in Seniors with Parkinson's, Osteoporosis, Dementia, and other Senior related diseases/conditions.
