Background

For most of my life, I have used dance and gym workouts as my major fitness activities.  Recently, however, I have expanded my interests and goals to encompass a wide spectrum of fitness techniques.  I am in the process of becoming a fitness expert with many specialties.  My fitness philosophy is to promote and achieve a holistic lifestyle approach that will empower my clients to live happy and healthy lives.
