Background

I am an experienced life-long athlete who has been trained, and has trained, competed and participated in fitness and athletic endeavors since my youth. Historically, I have trained and participated in scholastic level sports, including football, track and field, calisthenics, strength (powerlifting and bodybuilding) and endurance training competitions, as well as boot camp and obstacle course-formatted training regimins ... and I make all of my years of athletic training knowledge and experiences available to my personal training clients!!

  • Certified Personal Fitness Trainer through the World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S.) organization

Specialties

Comprehensive cross-training is the bedrock of my personal training methodology.  I emphasize the importance of athleticism in all its aspects: flexibility, endurance, applied and absolute strength, plyometric and instantaneous power generation, and CV and aerobic capabilites.
