Leonard Brown -

Leonard has parlayed his experiences has a football player, track and field athlete and Dan Black Belt into a personal training career. He has a depth of knowledge in designing boot camp and obstacle-course formatted regimens.
He welcomes the opportunity to train from students to seniors, on a one to one fashion or group setting.
Won Hill -

Won made the transition to personal training after teaching martial arts and kickboxing for over 10 years. He played four years of lacrosse while attending Guilford College in North Carolina and continues to play for an elite men’s team out of Annapolis. Since 2007 he has served as the head coach for University of Baltimore’s Men’s Lacrosse team. Won has the skillset and personality to train anybody from the sedentary to elite athlete.
Scott Middleton -

Scott leads a self-paced weight training class called Evolution Training.
The sessions are held on M,W, and F from 5p-8p. This is a new training course that combines customized fitness programming with an instructional which teaches the principles of N.A.S.M. personal training. Evolution is titled so, because your program with adapt bi-weekly to meet your demands as you progress through the course. Additionally, Scott offers metabolic and biometric testing to thoroughly evaluate your current fitness level and measure your progress from training.
Sue Rexford -
N.S.P.A. CPT
Sue has been personal trainer here for 5 years, while also working as a kickboxing instructor at the Baltimore Martial Arts Academy in Ellicott City. She is a student and practitioner of the techniques and methods pioneered by Athlete’s Performance, an internationally-renowned training program frequented by professional and Division I athletes.<>She holds a bronze medal from a Kuoshu Tournament and played volleyball at University of Maryland at Baltimore County. Sue still plays competitive indoor ball and beach doubles. Sue possesses a remarkable combination of being able to be extremely kind and patient while getting the most out of her clients.
Christine Ruane -
massage therapist
Christine is a licensed, nationally and state certified massage therapist. She holds certifications in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Infant Massage Instruction, Pre- and Post-Natal Therapy. In addition, she holds certifications in Pilates and is a Yoga instructor. It is easy to see Christine can help what ails you or just insure you are operating at your best.
Marc “Sal” Salerno -
B.S. Health and Fitness, Salisbury University, NSCA C.S.C.S.
Sal has been a member of our team for 11 years. He participated in varsity level athletics at both Shepherd College and Salisbury University, playing football and as a member of the power lifting team. He specializes in training individuals of all fitness levels and enjoys sport specific training for all sports. Sal currently teaches boxing interval classes on site (a boxing/strength and interval conditioning class). He also continues to train in martial arts such as Brazilian Ju Jitsu and MMA.
Todd Schilling -

Todd is a former “Mr. Annapolis” who has been featured in several fitness magazines. Over the past 7 years he has been involved with MMA training and instruction. With 20 years of experience has the ability to help with your goals for fat loss, increasing lean muscle mass, improve endurance, or simply help you feel physically and mentally better. Todd doesn’t judge, he listens to what your objectives are and then designs a personalized program for you to achieve your best.
