TRAINER BIOS
About Won Hill:
Won Hill holds a certification in Personal Training & Group
Conditioning with American Aerobic Association
International (AAAI) & International Sports
Medicine Association (ISMA). He made the transition
to personal training after teaching Martial Arts
and Kickboxing for over 10 years. He holds
a 3rd degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Won
was an outstanding high school wrestler,
winning the Maryland State Championships (1A/2A
North) in 2000.
Won played 4 years of lacrosse while attending
Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina
and went on to acquire his M.B.A. at University
of Baltimore in 2006. Won continues to play
lacrosse for an elite men's team out of Annapolis,
MD. He was named the head coach for University
of Baltimore's Men's Lacrosse Team in 2007. Won
has extensive experience in training professional
baseball players and marathon runners.
